Welcome to Yum Me Print Plus! This service is provided and operated by Beluga Limited (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "the Company"). Yum Me Print Plus offers printing services to members who can enjoy these services based on their selected membership plans.
By using the Yum Me Print Plus service, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use and enter into a legally binding agreement with Beluga Limited. In these Terms of Use, "you" refers to members who have registered a Yum Me Print Plus account and made payments using a provided payment method.

1. Membership

1.1 Membership Duration
Your Yum Me Print Plus membership, provided by Beluga Limited, will continue based on the term of the plan you have selected until the plan expires or you choose to terminate it.

1.2 Usage Requirements
To use the Yum Me Print Plus service, you must provide us with at least one valid "Payment Method."
A "Payment Method" refers to a current, valid, and accepted payment method that may include third-party payment services and can be updated at any time.

1.3 Plan Terms
We offer various membership plans with different terms and conditions determined by Beluga Limited. The details of these plans will be disclosed to you at the time of registration or through other communications (e.g., email or in-app notifications).

2. Promotional Offers

2.1 Offer Terms
We may from time to time provide special promotional offers, plans, or memberships (hereinafter referred to as "Offers").

2.2 Eligibility and Restrictions
Eligibility: Eligibility for Offers is determined solely at the discretion of Beluga Limited.
If we determine that you are not eligible for an Offer or have obtained an Offer through improper means, we reserve the right to cancel the Offer and suspend or terminate your account.

2.3 Non-Transferability
Offers are strictly limited to eligible members, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Additional terms and conditions may apply.

3. Fees and Changes

3.1 Fees
Beluga Limited will charge fees for Yum Me Print Plus membership printing services based on the membership plan you select.
Additional fees incurred while using the service (e.g., taxes or third-party transaction fees) must also be borne by you and will be included in your payment.

3.2 Pricing and Service Plan Changes
3.2.1 Our Right to Modify
Beluga Limited reserves the right to adjust service fees and membership plans from time to time.
If there are changes to pricing or plans, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance via email or other valid communication methods.

3.2.2 Your Choices
If you do not accept the changes to pricing or plans, you may continue to enjoy your current membership plan until it expires, after which you can choose not to renew.
If you continue using the service after the changes take effect, you will be deemed to have accepted the changes.

3.3 Membership Plan Changes
3.3.1 Upgrading Plans (Lower Tier to Higher Tier)
You may choose to upgrade to a higher-tier membership plan at any time. The fees for the upgraded plan will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, factoring in the remaining days of your current membership, and you will be required to pay the difference.
The upgraded plan will take effect on the same day the payment is completed.
You may continue to use any coupons or benefits obtained from your original plan until their validity expires.

3.3.2 Downgrading Plans (Higher Tier to Lower Tier)
You may choose to downgrade to a lower-tier membership plan, but the new plan will only take effect after your current plan expires.

3.3.3 Coupon and Gift Restrictions
All welcome coupons and gifts are limited to a one-time redemption upon the initial activation of a membership plan.
You are not entitled to receive additional welcome coupons or gifts when upgrading or downgrading plans.

3.3.4 Membership Expiry Date and Upgrade Fee Calculation 
Membership Expiry Date Calculation
For the 1-month fixed-term membership plan, the membership expiration date will be set based on the registration date. If the registration date falls on the last day of the month, the expiration date will be set as the last day of the following month.

Examples:
If your membership starts on January 15, it will be valid until February 14 at 23:59, with the expiration date set as February 15 at 00:00.
If your membership starts on January 31, it will be valid until February 27 at 23:59, with the expiration date set as February 28 at 00:00.
This rule applies to all membership periods to ensure consistency in expiry date calculations.

Membership Upgrade Fee Calculation (Based on a 30-Day Month)
When a member upgrades from the Basic Plan ($20/month) to the Premium Plan ($88/month), the remaining days will be calculated based on a 30-day month, and the upgrade fee will be determined accordingly based on the remaining days.

Price Breakdown:
Basic Plan daily rate = $20 ÷ 30 = $0.67 per day
Premium Plan daily rate = $88 ÷ 30 = $2.93 per day

Example Upgrade Calculation:
Suppose a user has purchased the one month Basic Plan and has used 2 days, leaving 28 days remaining. If they wish to upgrade to the one month Premium Plan:

Remaining value of the Basic Plan = $0.67 × 28 = $18.76
Cost of 28 days in the Premium Plan = $2.93 × 28 = $82.04
Upgrade fee = $82.04 − $18.76 = $63.28\
Thus, the user must pay $63.28 to complete the upgrade.

This calculation method applies to all membership upgrade scenarios to ensure fairness and alignment with the remaining usage period.

4. Payments and Account Management

4.1 Payment Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that your provided payment method is valid and has sufficient funds or credit. Failure to process payment may result in service interruptions or account suspension.

4.2 Refund Policy
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, payments made are non-refundable, either in part or in full.

5. Amendments and Legal Provisions

5.1 Amendments to Terms
Beluga Limited reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use as necessary and will notify users in advance of such changes. For significant changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice.

5.2 Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Beluga Limited operates and must be interpreted accordingly.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
In case of any disputes, Beluga Limited reserves the right to make the final decision.
