Terms of Use:

1) By uploading photos, participants voluntarily agree to participate in this event and authorize Yum Me Print to publish, reproduce, post, or reprint their photos in any media for the promotion of this event or similar future events, without any compensation to the participants.

2) Participants are prohibited from infringing upon or violating any copyright or trademark rights. Yum Me Print reserves the right to delete relevant content and disqualify or take legal action against any participant who violates the above terms, and Yum Me Print shall be exempt from all legal liability and compensation.

3) Any participant is deemed to accept all the terms and conditions of this event.

4) Yum Me Print reserves the right to the final decision in any dispute.

 

Refund and Exchange Policy:

No refunds or exchanges will be given unless there is a quality issue with the product, or if the product item or quantity does not match the order.

In the case of a quality issue, customers must contact our customer service department via Whatsapp at 5410 5629 or email at cs@yummeprint.com within 7 days of collection (service hours: Monday to Friday 10:00-18:00, excluding Sundays and public holidays), and provide the printing date and time, the name and quantity of the product for refund/exchange, and relevant photos for our follow-up and record-keeping.
