Our News
At present, our document printing services exclusively accept PDF, PNG, and JPG file uploads.* (Maximum file size: 20MB)
*If your document is not in PDF format, please use your preferred file editing application (such as Microsoft Office, Google Docs, or Adobe) to convert the file to a PDF. Save the PDF file to your mobile device before uploading it to continue with the printing process.
1. Scan the QR code on the printer screen to initiate the printing process.
2. Click on "Print a Document"
3. After clicking "Upload Document," please select the
PDF, PNG, or JPG file you wish to print.
4. Once the upload is successful, please select the file name and then click "Next"
5. Choose the desired print settings, then click "Next"
(If you need to print specific pages, please enter the page numbers and then click the "Confirm" button to the right of the page number field.)
6. Select the number of copies you need to print, then click "Next"
7. If you want to use a member discount code, select "Yes" on the discount page; otherwise, select "No"
(Enter the discount code and click "Redeem," then select the coupon and click "Confirm." Member-exclusive discounts require registration or login.)
8. Select the number of copies to print, then click "Next"

How do I locate a PDF file on my mobile device?
You can find saved PDF files in the "Files" app on your mobile device. If you have deleted the "Files" app, please download it again from your app store.

How can I find PDF files received on WhatsApp?
All PDF files received on WhatsApp must be manually saved to your device in order to find them in the "Files" app.
iOS Users: In a WhatsApp chat, select and open the PDF file you wish to download, tap the download button in the upper right corner, and choose "Save to Files" to download it to your device's storage.
Android Users: In a WhatsApp chat, select and open the PDF file you wish to download, then save the PDF file to your device's storage.
How can I find PDF files received on WeChat?
All PDF files received on WeChat must be manually saved to your device in order to find them in the "Files" app.
